Breast Augmentation/enlargement

A surgical procedure which will enhance and increase the size and shape of a flat chested woman. It is done by inserting a soft breast implant either silicon gel or saline, behind each breast to increase bust line sizes. Dr. Alonzo usually performs this procedure at the hospital with an overnight confinement. The length of surgery takes 2 to 3 hours under general anesthesia. Recovery period is about 1 to 2 weeks with manageable discomfort. This procedure can be combined by other surgeries like liposuction, nose surgery, blepharoplasty and nipple reduction.

Breastlift or Mastopexy

A surgical procedure will raise and reshape sagging breasts to restore its curves to their original position. This is done by removing excess skin, lifting and tightening bust line and repositioning the nipples to create natural looking breast. The length of the operation takes 2 to 3 hours under general anesthesia and overnight confinement at the hospital. A mild discomfort like swelling and bruising can be managed and can go back to work after a week. Procedures like breast augmentation, nipple reduction, liposuction, nose surgery and eye surgery can be combined.

Breast reduction

A surgical procedure which removes excess skin, fats and breast tissue to make the breasts smaller, lighter and firmer. This can also reduce the size of the areola. Usually women who undergo this surgery are those who suffer from large and sagging breasts that cause them pain and discomfort. Often, this can be combined with liposuction, tummy tuck, nipple reduction and other facial surgeries. The surgery takes 2 to 3 hours under general anesthesia with hospital confinement. Bruising, swelling and numbness are expected after surgery. One can go back working after a week.

Nipple and areola reduction

A surgical procedure which corrects and reduces big, long or prune type nipples and puffy areola. This is done by removing excess skin and tissue of the nipple and areola to make it smaller, more natural and youthful in appearance. The length of surgery is about an hour under local anesthesia on an outpatient basis. A minimal discomfort is expected but can go back to work a day after surgery.
